General Terms

- The Souvenirs product is available exclusively during the event period.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase from the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during checkout.
Products
- All products listed on the platform are subject to availability.
- We strive to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, or other features will match your expectations.
Orders and Payment
- Prices are listed in Rp and include/exclude applicable taxes (specify if taxes are included).
- Order must be placed at least 5 days prior the event date (H Day).
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase using debit card / Credit Card (other accepted payment methods).
- No cancel, no refund and no changes of any products.
Pick up the order
- Souvenirs collecting can be done start from 10th - 11th July 2025 at BNDCC (Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center) in our souvenir booth.
- Item pick up must be done by the original purchaser and cannot be delegated to others.
- Bring the order confirmation (Receipt & E-Voucher) and ID card when collecting the item. Please ensure that the name listed on the e-voucher matches the name on your ID card.
Intellectual Property
- All content, images, and branding on the platform are the intellectual property of PT. Sekar Menuh Eventama and may not be used without permission.
