ACCOMMODATION POLICY

• • Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and are inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax, currently at 11%
• • Room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast served at our Hotel Restaurants for 1 or maximum of 2 persons
• • Check In : 3pm WITA
  Check Out : 12pm WITA
• • Check-in time is 15.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours. Early arrival before 14.00 hours or late departure after 12.00 hours up to 18.00 hours will be subject to space availability and at 50% charge of the room rate. Any late departure after 18.00 hours is subject to 100% room charge and subject to space availability
• • Additional occupancy of 1 child between 5 – 10 years old per room, will lead to an additional charge. The additional child in 1 room, will have to be charged with extra person charge of 50% out of the room’s nightly rate, and it includes 1 set of extra bed and breakfast for 1 child.

• • Complimentary on 2 bottles of mineral water, will be available per room / night Any consumption from room's mini bar, will be charged accordingly. Price of items, will be provided by the accommodation.
